Source and image attribution
Reports identify the publication or organisation on which the factual summary is based. Original writing, photography, trademarks and other protected material remain with their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise.
Image credits and source links appear on individual article pages. A credit is not a transfer of ownership or a general republication licence.

Editorial record
Where a correction is sufficient, we prefer to preserve the public record and explain the material change rather than silently remove an entire report.
